A number of experts are invited under the financial support of the OECD Co-operative Research Program to present key papers in the topic. Additionally, a limited number of well documented papers covering central issues on the above theme will be accepted, after their approval by the Conference Scientific Committee. The Congress is also open to posters, tutorials and workshops.
